DR. SAKSHI GUPTA, MBBS & MD PATHOLOGY, ASSISTANT PROFESSOR in Department of Oncopathology, an alumnus of prestigious Army Hospital R&R, Delhi University with 7 years of post MD work experience in various institutes of India including All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Bhopal and State Cancer Institute Guwahati.

Dr. Gupta is trained in advanced ancillary techniques of Oncopathology, surgical pathology, cytopathology and Haematopathology with up-to-date knowledge. Dr.Gupta is an active member of Disease Management Groups for Hematolymphoid malignancies. Dr.Gupta has hands on experience in Molecular Laboratory techniques that includes DNA/RNA extraction, reverse hybridization, various types of PCR, etc. Currently handling Haematopathology Lab of BBCI equipped with latest Hematology automated analyzers and Flowcytometer for Immuno- phenotyping of hematological malignancies and attached bone marrow transplant unit.

Dr.Gupta has received Award for best paper in hematology case series at Annual conference of Delhi society of hematology for her work on Thrombophilia Mutation analysis. She has presented oral papers and posters at various International and National Conferences in Pathology and Oncopathology and working as co-investigator in various projects in collaboration with other departments of BBCI. She is the life member of Indian Association of Pathologists and Microbiologists (IAPM), Delhi chapter of IAPM, Delhi Society of Hematology (DSH) and North-East Chapter of IAPM.
