Completed B.Sc. Nursing from Regional College of Nursing under Gauhati University in the year 2003, and M.Sc. Nursing from Goutham College of Nursing under Rajiv Gandhi university of Health Sciences, Bangalore in the year 2009.

WORKING EXPERIENCEM

1½ years clinical experience in GNRC Hospital, Dispur as a staff Nurse in CTVS OT. Apart from that, total 15 years of teaching experience in Nursing Educational Institutes having the courses: GNM, B.Sc. Nursing, Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing and M.Sc. Nursing.

Worked in various positions as Tutor, Asst. Lecturer, Lecturer, Asst. Professor, Associate Professor and Professor. Worked as an administrator/ Principal in CPMS College of Nursing under PEWS Group of Institutions for 5 years.

She also has the experience as an external examiner for various Nursing programmes of Arunachal University, Manipur University and Srimanta Sankardeva University of Health Sciences, Guwahati, Assam. She has Joined Dr. B. Borooah Cancer Institute as Professor in the department of Nursing from 16/03/2020 till date.
