It is hereby clarified that Dr Borooah Cancer Institute has neither engaged any agency or person nor authorized any agency or person to either charge money, receive payment or function as facilitators for the services available at Dr B Borooah Cancer Institute
All such claims must be considered as fraudulent and ill-motivated
