NOTICE
Sealed tenders affixing court fee stamp
of Rs.8.25 only are invited from reputed
companies / manufacturer / firms / dealers
for supply / installation / commissioning
of (A) Radiotherapy Conventional Simulator
Machine (buy back basis), (B) Computerized
Treatment Planning System (buy back basis),
(C) C-ARM Imaging Machine, (D) Flow Cytometer,
and (E) CSSD (Central Sterile Supply Dept.)
Equipments (on turnkey basis). The details
of specification, terms and conditions of
tender may be obtained from the office of
the undersigned during office hours on payment
of non-refundable tender fee in form of
bank draft or banker's cheque drawn in favour
of 'Dr. B. Borooah Cancer Institute,
Guwahati-16'. The tender fee for obtaining
the detail tender papers will be Rs.15,000/-
for item 'A', Rs.7,000/- for item 'B', Rs.5,000/-
for item 'C', Rs.7,000/- for item 'D' and
Rs.8,000- for Item 'E'. The tender is
to be submitted separately for each item.
The tender shall be received upto 2-00
PM of 03.12.2007.
